Shipping & Returns
We at MyDoodlesAteMe offer free domestic shipping (shipping in India) for all orders above Rs.1299. For orders below Rs.1299, the shipping charges are as mentioned on the order checkout page (depending upon weight/volume).
We shall dispatch orders within the time mentioned along the products (see product description for each product) and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3-12 business days depending on the location to be shipped domestically.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. MyDoodlesAteMe is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post and/or on account of any factors beyond the control of My Doodles Ate Me. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of MyDoodlesAteMe, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, etc. We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
We will only be able to accept a cancellation request made within 24 hours of you placing your order with us OR before the order has been shipped from our end (whichever is earlier). In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the order has been dispatched by us.
Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to offer returns/exchanges/refunds for orders placed with us. In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. We’ll try our best to sort this out as smoothly as possible.
